Edge Reasoning is designed to run on your own infrastructure—locally, on-prem, or in a hybrid setup. The documents and data you ingest into the platform stay on your network and under your control. You decide what, if anything, is sent to an external model provider. We do not collect or train on your ingested content.
Information We Collect
For our website and account services we may collect: contact details you submit (name, work email, company, message); basic usage and device analytics; and billing information for paid plans. We do not access the contents of your private knowledge workspaces.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the service, process payments, ensure security, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Model Providers
If you choose to use an external model provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI, only the data you explicitly route to that provider is shared with it, subject to that provider’s terms. You control whether and when this happens; local-only operation is supported.
