The Service
Edge Reasoning is a local-first platform for organizing and reasoning over your data. Features, plans, and limits are described on our website and may evolve over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by violating laws, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to process data you lack the rights to use.
Your Data & Ownership
You retain all rights to the data and content you ingest. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the service. For self-hosted and on-prem deployments, your data remains on your infrastructure.
Third-Party Models & Services
If you connect external model providers or data sources, your use of those is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by West Edge AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before reliance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Edge AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which West Edge AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
